Art for Life

Art for Life is a project that will bring theatre practitioners together for a two-day practical workshop session focusing on creating socially relevant and devised works of art that appeal to a wide range of audiences. It also involves seeking new ways for the theatre business to thrive using business, storytelling and branding skills. The workshops touched on the following areas: The techniques of creating compelling and socially relevant works; the Art of creating devised theatre and theatre for development; Helping theatre practitioners leverage digital media to drive the sales of their creative works, to upscale, nurture and connect, their brands and other brands; Open their eyes to understanding consumer behaviour and how to create works that will sell to understand the essence of conducting appropriate research in their field of work.
